Fairy tale wedding in Stellenbosch: Once upon a time there was a bride who wanted to have her wedding in Stellenbosch but did not quite know where. Then she stumbled across a valley in the Banhoek at the foot of the Simonsberg Mountain called Zorgvliet Vineyard Lodge & Spa. She decided immediately that this was the place she wanted to have her dream wedding in Stellenbosch. The charming chapel at Zorgvliet was just the perfect place for her and her partner to commit to a life dedicated to each other. This chapel situated on Zorgvliet Wine Estate with its beautiful stained glass windows had an ideal ambiance for a wedding in Stellenbosch and it can accommodate 140 people.
The surrounding vineyards were an excellent complement to the Cape Dutch architecture of the buildings; she decided her colour scheme for her wedding in Stellenbosch, would be white with hints of the vineyard’s greens.
