The Platters will cater for and co-ordinate any size or type of function from intimate dinners for two set up on a remote part of the beach to a lavish wedding or should you fancy just a good ol’ South African braai.
Headed by the brother and sister team, Simon and Nicola Ash, The Platters is a subsidiary of the ever popular restaurant, Fifty7 Kloof, in Plettenberg Bay.
Continuing Fifty7 Kloof’s philosophy of creating, preparing and serving food that is fresh, innovative and stylish. The Platters guiding principal is to create food that will both delight and excite the senses.
The Platters have an extensive selection of menus that are completely interchangeable to suit your needs. However, should you have something very specific in mind we would be more than happy to create a unique and personalized menu for your particular function. This will always be done in close consultation with our head chef and co-ordinator to ensure that it is a workable menu for the venue and the number of guests expected to attend. |
