Oolong blue floral atelier opened its doors in Cape Town in January 2004. The company specializes in flower styling and wedding and function co-ordination, and takes its name from a Chinese tea.
Owners Rose de Wet and Craig Olckers together have more than 10 years experience in the flower industry. Rose was previously the manager of Barbara’s Flowers and Craig was involved with The Dinner Club, a company which arranges private dinner parties. But what separates Oolong blue from other flower shops?
"Oolong blue aims to offer a more personalised, innovative service to its clients. We provide from the traditional, continental bouquets to more contemporary, trend-setting designs," explains Craig. "We intend to establish a reputation for creative floral designs, something which Rose was renowned for while working at Barbara’s."
The company delivers throughout the Cape Town area. Oolong blue is open from Monday to Friday, 8:30am till 5pm. |
